Services
Fermain provides software development, cloud hosting, and technical advisory services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms are defined in individual project agreements.
All work is performed on a best-efforts basis with clear communication throughout.
Fermain does not take on gambling work.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain full ownership of deliverables upon final payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies remain the property of their respective owners.
Open-source contributions are governed by their respective licenses.
Confidentiality
All project information is treated as confidential by default. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for sensitive engagements.
Liability
Services are provided as-is. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages.
