Why
Get estate agents talking about the big property portals and it soon comes round to money: packages, tiers, yearly increases, and bills for “leads” that were mostly someone clicking a phone number. Private sellers get a price list of their own.
Yagr has one price. A listing costs the same each month while it is live, for an agency or for someone selling their own home, and nobody can pay to sit higher in the results.
Buyers get search that understands a sentence, in whatever language they write it. A house they skip stays skipped, and a search becomes a shortlist they can share with whoever they are buying with.
Our part
Yagr is a company in its own right, and we own part of it. We build and run the software: the site buyers use, the platform sellers and agents list from, the admin behind both, and the servers in Johannesburg they all run on.
Every release is tagged, and each one is built once: the copy that passed testing is the copy that goes live.

Next
